 Heating Part A 1)As shown in the figure, this is the external heating part of our equipment, it’s mainly for PET material products; 2)Heating boards with integrated heating rods for fast, continuous heating; |
 Heating Part B 1)As shown in the figure, this is the in-mould heating part of our equipment,its mainly use for BOPS material products. we call it heat-contact system. 2)You could take off the heating plate when you only need heating part A. |
 Forming Station 1) Forming area: 700 * 800 mm; Male mold : 80mm; Female mold: 120mm. 2) We use this upper-lower model mold when customer chose positive-negative pressure working mode; 3) We use the forming male mold when customer choose positive pressure working mode. |
 No Chain Feeding 1) The traction part without chain, it depends on cylinder clamping device avoiding the waste of material caused by the traditional chain feeding, and improve the utilization of material. 2)The chain-free clamping structure keeps edge material waste within 7.5-12 mm, and lower edge material waste effectively. |
 Cutting Station 1) Cutting power of 70 Ton; 2)The die-cutting station supports both wooden dies and aluminum dies. 3)The equipment is equipped with infrared safety protection to prevent operator errors and avoid potential safety hazards. |
 Stacking Station 1) In-mold gripping to prevent hanging points and burrs on product edges. 2) Full servo-controlled X/Y axis pick-and-place functionality. 3) The HMI system enables operators to set the number of stacking layers, easing later packaging processes. |
